Neck Pain

A significant body of research suggests that simple neck pain can be successfully treated using conservative methods.

In fact: "For neck disorders without radicular signs or symptoms, the evidence suggests that manual (manipulation or mobilization) and exercise interventions, low intensity laser therapy, and perhaps acupuncture are more effective than no treatment, sham or alternative interventions."1
