Chiropractic is a profession that diagnoses and treats conditions of the spine and musculoskeletal system. Doctors of Chiropractic complete a minimum of seven years of post-secondary training.

No referral is necessary to consult a Chiropractor at Health First, however, we often accept referrals from medical physicians and other health care professionals.

Your first visit will include a careful examination of your soft tissues, joints, and body mechanics. The Chiropractor will then recommend a course of treatment that may include: soft tissue treatments, laser therapy, strengthening, core/stability training, and/or joint mobilization. In some cases, you may be referred for x-rays, special imaging, or for evaluation by a medical specialist.

Our treatment goals are to reduce pain, restore normal bio-mechanics, and help our patients return to the activities they love.
