Graston Technique® is a soft tissue method that uses specially designed patented instruments to identify adhesions and scar tissue in soft tissues. Each tool is shaped specifically for different body parts. The instruments are applied in a cross friction pattern over the adhesions that cause injury and pain. The scar tissue is released and pain and range of motion are generally restored.
